This recipe is really easy to make. My 4 yr old and I made it together.

1. Sprinkle a pkg of yeast into 3/4 cup of warm water.

Add a tablespoon of sugar, and stir. Let it stand until mixture foams.

2. Put two cups of flour and 1/2 teaspoon of salt into a bowl. Add the yeast mixture and stir.

3. Sprinkle floor on the couter and knead the dough until it is smooth

4. Roll pieces of dough into ropes and make fun shapes.

5. Best an egg with a fork.

6. Brush pretzels with the egg and sprinkle with coarse salt.


Line a cookie sheet with foil and spray with vegetable oil.
Bake for 15 minutes or until light brown.
